The hotel is located in Tanjung Batu, Wanea, Manado City, North Sulawesi.
Built on 1000m2 of land, the project was entrusted to PT. Harmoni Persada Madani in 2024 for project cost management in pre-contract and post-contract.
The trust was entrusted and carried out as well as possible in detail, professionally, and with integrity.
Design concepts that are precisely detailed so that they add value and character to the area. PT. Harmoni Persada Madani has the opportunity to work together in modeling and artist impressions which adds value to the Architectural sector.
Collaborated with HAPM Malaysia in the project to achieve “the extension of BCCK 2” in the professional technology section based on Building Information modeling (BIM).
PT Harmoni Persada Madani also runs a business unit in Digital Construction.
